    New Member Introduction Thread

Hello! I have been researching and accumulating C Mount lenses since 2009. I should know more than I do! I am willing to help you locate lenses and to suggest why some are unsuitable. M4/3 has been adopted as a mount on BlackMagic cameras. It is a great compromise mount with amazing lenses. Pat

    Computar 4.5-12mm F1.2 !!

The Pentax Q and Kenko will take 1/2 inch sensor lenses. Keep that paperweight handy as they will go up in price as time passes? Not certain about the CS mount, but the registration distance of the Q looks similar to the CS. Need an adapter though ....

Video camera With an in built lens, there is a large gap between the end of the lens structure and the sensor. To get infinity focus will require almost a bellows. I took one apart. Never again! Until the c mounts get extortionate, anyway!

    Wide & Fast Adapted Options?

Well done Ekoe!!! Marvellous work! I am deeply engaged in debating the usefulness of c mount zooms on another forum at the moment and to see a prime so well adjusted is very heartening! If you felt like doing this often, you could have quite a sideline as this is the weak area for m4/3...
