Yeah, I suppose there are 2 scenarios of transferring JPEGs:
1. Offload all or most images to phone - then USB OTG card reader is the best and fastest choice, just like tkbslc said.
2. Send some images to phone - e.g. for a quick share with a friend or for social media, then the only way to do...
Hi. I recently bought Panasonic GX85 and was wondering what's the best way of sending JPEGs over Wireless connection?
So far I've managed to map one of the Fn buttons to jump straight to this screen:
And then I launch Panasonic Image app, connect via Wi-Fi and pull images from my GX85 via...
I've been using the 45-200mm for the last 9 years. I mostly shoot landscapes, so i prefer wider lenses and 45-200mm was always a bit too heavy for my everyday travel kit.
However, when I needed reach it was a pretty good lens (and my only lens reaching beyond 45mm). Here are a few sample photos...
I'm interested if I can trigger my Panasonic camera with audio signal from my cellphone.
If I connect my Panasonic camera to some audio source by wire, would it be possible to trigger my camera by playing audio signal?
glad you like it
Thx for detailed explanation of why you like it
PTGui was used for stitching several photos. I've cloned some reflections from the window using Photoshop, but same can be done with Gimp (freeware) and clone brush.
What are you struggling with?
My first lens addition was 45-200, but it was a purchase along with my G1 and kit lens.
first separate lens purchase was Panasonic 20mm.
I still use it most of the time as it is a great all around lens. I use my 14-45 mostly for landscapes, while my 45-200 barely sees the light of day.
However I have yet to find a way to select an area in LR and selectively work on a single color channel.
Eg. I have a strange green color cast on a single part of an image. Can I select that part (paint brush) and decrease green saturation while leaving the rest as it is?
You got the right file :2thumbs:, and right extension, but your PC/Mac might try to open *.lin file with some other program (AutoCAD maybe?) making you believe you got the wrong file.
As far as I can see the problem is in wrong file association. You are safe to proceed with ES100912.lin and...
I don't mind at all, C&C is always encouraged!
And yes, it was done in PP. And I'd have to agree with GaryAyala - it probably isn't haze, but lack of contrast. Same was done with cutting off blacks completely.
I would imagine you both would preferred something in line with this, yes...
btw. how "primitive" is that machine? It gives you width and height (silhouette) of the projected object and would be similar to placing camera mount on a regular flatbed scanner or does it give you complete " 3D scan" of the mount? :drinks:
easier - yes, better - no.
A dedicated software running on your quad core PC averaging several light frames and subtracting all the noise, hot pixels and sensor noise from multiple images can only be compared to in-camera NR as better option.
Again, it is much as JPEG vs RAW debate. RAW needs...
If you want better results, turn it OFF.
Look at it like this: do you want your camera to do automatic noise reduction or do you want to reduce it manually, put some effort and achieve better results?
It's much like JPEG vs RAW debate.
I too do not see the magic of C1
Here's what I dislike about C1 processing:
- White balance seems way off on the warm side.
- Image looks punchy, but details in shadows are destroyed
- blue fringe quite noticable on tower on the upper left part of the image
Here are my 2...
I think you have a normal copy of the lens.
Yes it is not silent when focusing.
I'd imagine, when I play this video on my speakers it sounds much more louder than in real life. Apart from loudness issue, I had the same sound since the day I bought P20 in store.
Yes front element does...
