    Need tele lens help.

If you are going the route of a tele lense with more reach than 150mm, I would also advise you consider getting an EVF if you don't already have one. With my experience, using the LCD on the camera to take a photo at focal lengths of 100mm and beyond can be very difficult and frustrating.

Wow, that looks like a (much) cheaper version of the Maxpedition Versipacks. Not saying cheap as in quality, but price. Now that I've sunk my money into the Versipacks, I doubt I'll get one of those, but otherwise I would have definitely give the LL Bean bag a shot.

    Panasonic Leaks GH3 Video

I'm a staunch fan in the Olympus E-M5, and while I don't plan on giving up my E-M5 for the GH3, I can say that this looks like one solid camera. It even has three control dials and the layout looks excellent on the back.

Advice on OM-D travel lens setup for upcoming trip to Europe

I just did a one week trip to NYC at the beginning of the month and I took the following with me: 90% of the time, I found the 12-50mm to be suitable (even in low-light). The E-M5 allows for the use of some really high ISO so I really didn't see the need for using the 20mm EVER during...

That is a pistol lanyard. You can get them online, or at any military surplus/supplier. I had it on my bag for all of 4 hours and then ditched it. I wanted it more of a tether so incase my camera was picked, I would have a not so subtle warning. In the end, it just got in the way, so I took it...

    Quikdraw - a lens holster

Exactly, if I was using it in a professional capacity, it would make sense. But for all of the photography I do, I'd look too much like a gear-rambo running around like that. I do have the Capture Clip System and that works great. When swapping lenses, I just mount the camera to the Capture...

Panasonic 12-35mm f/2.8 In Limited Stock at Amazon

Be careful, because many of those are sold from Japan where they state that the warranty is only valid in Japan. On top of that, you can expect to pay duties and taxes once it arrives in the country. Might not be saving all that much and it'll certainly take longer to arrive and without any...

    Lens Hood for M.Zuiko 12-50mm

I would rather it not vignette than it not block light at the 50mm. But if you want, you can always get the generic "screw on" hoods that will match with the 52mm thread on the lens. Just be sure to use it only when in the telephoto range. On another note, I do have an extra LH-55B knock off by...

Manual focus is much easier than I thought

Manual focus is not for me. I've gone and bought legacy lenses during two different times and gave it a solid shot. There's no doubt that the photos come out nicely when the time is put into it, but I found that I was focusing (no pun intended) too much on the MF and not the rest of the aspects...

I like your idea of the padded dividers. I do have a bunch, so I'll see how it fits in there. However, already it is a pretty tight fit. When I have everything secured up, and I move the bag around I don't hear a lot moving in there. Generally the rain pouch is annoying. But if it was...

Thanks! The bungee-style strap is actually a pistol lanyard, and you should be able to find it at most military surplus stores, or even eBay. It's solidly built and gives you peace of mind that if someone tries to rip off your camera, they'll only get about 5 feet before needing to drag you...

I would have put another vote for the Domke F5X-C because of the dual layer compartments. But if you are only carrying the 20mm and 45mm, then I don't think you'll benefit as much from the compartments. I carry all of my lenses in the F5X-C, and it makes it so easy to access all of my lenses...
