I think I have spotted a GF1 but I cannot make the lens - could it be the 45-200mm? Taken in Romania, in the Senate Place, through the windshield ;)

    Shooters shooted on camera street...

Boulevard Beaumarchais is the historical cradle of Paris photography. Up until today, and in spite of the crisis (responsible for about half the shops closing down since year 2000), it's still the place to go to find that hopelessly missing bit of gear no one has seen in person anywhere for over 50 years.

    Cheers,

(ps. I had no intention to post it, I shot it with the intent to fill the street photography discussion, but the scene was playing too far away for my 17mm and the time I got in range, it was already finished - so this is about a 1:2 crop, unsuitable for proper printing and displaying a lot of defects. But it fitted so well with the theme I decided to upload it anyway)

I'm always wary of doing these kind of shots. I figure you could create some kind of feedback loop and end up in a parallel universe somewhere...

Anyway, this is me being shot with my own E-P1, no less!

Surely this guy is mad! Is he shooting a legacy lens through the viewfinder of an E510/520?!?

I shot this yesterday on a photo walk. It was the Mostly Photo Podcast photowalk in New York City and this is Lisa Bettany AKA Mostly Lisa. I shot this GF1 w/40-150. I always like taking pictures of photographers.

    Shooting Yourself....

I was out doing some test shots with a Pentax SMC 28mm. While shooting a waterfall behind an old Mill, I came across a discarded mirror leaning against the rear wall.

Good opportunity to observe my own technique.....
