Pros: Small size, speed, EVF, hi ISO performance, AF, customization, image quality
Cons: grip, sd & batt shared compartment, no auto ISO in M mode

I got my G3 while waiting for the OM-D, but I'm keeping it and will wait for the G5 or GH3. I love the size and pocketability of this camera. Finally a camera I can carry everywhere I go. And I mean everywhere. Image quality is superb. Low light high ISO capability is great, despite a bit of purple tint when pulling up shadows, still better than my old Canon 60D. Used to the joke of contrast AF of DSLRs, I was really impressed with the AF speed of this beauty. The only thing lacking is good AF-C, but since I'm a landscaper and street shooter, I don't care much for that.
The lenses are at least half or a third in size, weight and price compared with regarded same quality Canon or Nikon lenses. My 20mm f:1.7 pancake lens is a delight to use. And the 45-200mm is like having a toy Canon 100-400mm L.
I'm completely sold to and to Panasonic.

Pros: resolution,image quality,evf,articulating screen,controls,menus
Cons: slick grip, lack of weather sealing, noisy shutter, no one makes an L bracket for it

This is a wonderful camera which makes truly great images. The cons I listed kept me from being fully satisfied with it. I've added some grip tape to the camera body to fix the slick grip issue, and I've just used a regular camera plate when attaching to my tripod, so I've been able to mitigate some of my small complaints.

All in all, a FANTASTIC micro-4/3 camera. Image quality is among the best available, in a very reasonably priced prosumer package.

Pros: small size, IQ, handling, EVF.. most things really
Cons: button positions on back, clickable wheel

I love this thing. I bought it as a kit with the 14-42mm. That said, I have the SMALL gripe of accidentally pushing the WB and/or ISO buttons on the back occasionally and I would've greatly preferred two wheels instead of the clickable solution currently present.

But, everything else is top-notch. I really love how lightweight and small the camera feels (at least compared to full-size DSLRs) and I don't really have any negative to say about the grip either. It doesn't slip or slide from my grasp at all.

The IQ is something I wouldn't even believe (but I came from ~9 year old DSLR) and after having gotten used to ISO800 and up being almost unusable seeing an ISO3200 image from the G3 first time... I must've left my mouth open like in a campy cartoon.

I've always liked using the viewfinder so going for mirrorless (no optical VF) was kind of a leap of faith (after reading about the EVF) and I wasn't disappointed, the EVF is really great.

And, the availability of legacy adapters (and low cost of them) really helps if you like shooting with manual lenses.
