This appears to be yours with no credit given, posted to Facebook. It's the two baby doves under their father's wing.

    Hi Ric

Well my medication is having some beneficial effect on my prostate problems, but apparently not on my blood pressure problem, today it was even higher at 180, so a further increase in the dose rate and see how things are in 1 months time.
I actually feel reasonable since I'm getting not too bad a nights sleep, now I have been instructed to take my medication in the morning rather than last thing at night, so I will be interested to see how that affects my sleeping.
Thankfully I live near the coast and most of the snow has now gone, however it's still bitterly cold at night, at least by our standards. They are giving it dry and bright, at least first thing tomorrow so if I get a reasonable nights sleep I hope to be optimistic enough to head off out in the morning with a camera.
May I wish you the seasons best, keep safe and stay warm, oh, silly me, Singapore, shouldn't be a problem for you!

HI Barrie, great to know that all's well with you. I am happy to hear that you are out and about shooting pics. Our weather is crazy here as well. One day hot the next day cold. Today is bad and I am staying in.

    Cheers and take care

    Hi Ric,
Thanks for your message. I was told by my doctor that the drug would take some weeks to have any effect on my blood pressure, however the last couple of days I've felt much more positive and have gone out photographing, mainly landscape stuff since the weather has been so good, rain and gales heading our way now.
There are one or two side effects that strangely enough might be beneficial.
Have to go back in a couple of weeks to assess the situation, see if I'm going to stay on this medication.
    Cheers for now, take care,

    Barrie

    Hi Ric,

Many thanks for your good wishes, have a good photography session, look forward to the results. Grey and overcast here, got to take a sample to the clinic this morning, then on for a pub lunch with a couple of good friends.
    cheers for now

    Hi Ric,
Had my ecg earlier this morning, and various blood tests, got to wait results and see a doctor in a weeks time, they seem to be thinking hypertension.

Thanks for the update. My friend who lives in Dallas too bought a ranch about 10 years ago. It is outside Dallas. I have no idea of the place.

cheers and have a nice day
