This image is from a set entitled "Meanderings." A few years ago as I was out shooting in Chicago, I got this idea. I decided to photograph unusual or unseen things as I "meandered" around the city. Things that most people would walk right by without noticing. It turned out to be a most enjoyable undertaking and I think a really good lesson for my "eye." These are all taken with my Fuji medium format rangefinder on various black and white film. This one is an old photograph I saw by the railroad tracks-someone's lost memory.
