I think I prefer the FL of 20mm over 25, so probably won't be looking at that lens. But the 12-60 sounds interesting, especially if it's a sharp as the 12-35 appears to be. Unfortunately, with that long a zoom range, and that price, it probably won't be. Would still probably look at it, though.

If that 25/1.8 is real, I'll buy one even if it's pink! The 25/1.4 is too big, too heavy and too expensive for me and my E-PM1.

Great to see another 25 alternative to panny/leica. Definitely will be getting it if the rumuor is true.

Thanks for the heads up!

The 25mm is too good to be true at $250... but even at $400 it will sell like crazy (if it is in the same league as the 45mm).

The zoom is -unsurprisingly- the most requested lens in the poll about FT lenses to be migrated to and a $800 price tag seems about right.

Makes a lot of sense as the next two steps in Olympus lens development really.

I'd rather see a new faster focusing and wider aperture 17mm. We have MORE than enough choices at or around 25mm (says the guy who prefers the 17mm FOV).

With all these rumored lenses coming up, I may finally get to mimmick my FF lineup; 28/50/85, 70-200.

But for m43, I'm thinking 25, 35-100, and 100-300.

While the 12-60 is good news, the 25 f/1.8 is a better news, if they manage to sell it for 45mm price and keep the size small say between the 20 and 25 mm pancake it should became the best seller. The zoom will be great if the quality can compete with Panasonic X 12-35.

I'd buy the 12-60mm f/2.8-4.0 the moment it appears, even if it costs $800. This is the lens I've been waiting for. OM-D, along with this lens, makes the regular 4/3 system completely obsolete.

Well don't get carried away -- we're still missing a fast tele-zoom (eg 50-200) or super-tele prime. But it gets awfully close.

especially since olympus keeps updating their kit zoom lenses, we need an update to the 17mm already!! 17mm f2 perhaps?
