With the OMD:
1 lens - Oly 17/1.8 (although I don't own this lens ... yet ... but 35mm is my favorite focal length)
2 - Oly 17/1.8 and Oly 14-150
3 - Oly 17/1.8, PL 45/1.8 and Oly 14-150
4 - P 7-14, Oly 17/1.8, PL 45/1.8 and Oly 14-150
If I never get the Oly 17/1.8, then substitute PL 25/1.4 in there (which I do own).

With the 17mm 1.8 coming out, would anyone change there lineup?
I'm not sure whether or not the 25mm or the 17mm would be a better replacement to my 20mm.
1) 17mm 1.8
2) 17mm 1.8 + 45mm 1.8
or
1) 25mm 1.4
2) 25mm 1.4 + 45mm 1.8

Kind of cheap kit:
1) P14-45
2) add SMC Takumar 135/2.5 or Carl Zeiss Jena 135/3.5 or Contax 135/2.8
3) add any 50/1.8 manual lens (too many possibilities)
4) add O12

I have to revise my prior order now that I got the 12-35mm and the 35-100mm. And I'm a bit surprised... thought the 12-35mm and 35-100mm would oust the others out of the way!
1 lens remains the same- Pan Leica 25mm f/1.4
2 lens ramins the same- Pan Leica 25mm f/1.4 and Oly 75mm
3 lens- Pan Leica 25mm, Oly 75mm, and Panasonic 35-100mm
4 lens- Pan Leica 25mm, Oly 75mm, Panasonic 35-100mm, Oly 60mm macro
5 lens- Pan Leica 25mm, Oly 75mm, Panasonic 35-100mm, Panasonic 100-300mm, Oly 60mm macro
It's not that I don't like the 12-35mm. It's just that I love the Pan Leica 25mm that I reach for that if I need something in that focal length. And then if I really want to go wide, I'd grab the dedicated wide angle lens instead of the 12-35mm that isn't wide enough. The 12-35mm is a great lens... but I haven't quite figured out where it fits in.

1 lens- Panasonic 25mm f/1.4. It's on there most of the time. The quality of the image beats out the size of the pancakes for me.
2 lens- Panasonic 25mm and Olympus 75mm
3 lens- Panasonic 7-14mm, Panasonic 25mm, Olympus 75mm
4 lens- Panasonic 7-14mm, Panasonic 25mm, Olympus 75mm, Panasonic 100-300mm.
I'll admit that line up above can get bulky and only happens when I have a full-on camera bag.. and that when space is an issue (ie, camera in purse and can only take one), it's the Panasonic 20mm alone that goes.
Also thinking that once I have the 12-35mm, that'll be the one-lens kit, and the 12-35mm+35-100mm would be the two-lens kit... but only time will tell.
