Wink Those Wonderful Toys...

I've decided instead of all the different threads of my toys, I'll just consolidate and from now on just use "Those Wonderful Toys", which incidentally is the title for my 2013 project, normally I try to choose a project that gets me out and about, but this year I decided to go small :P

Presented is Alphons Elric, brother of Edward Elric, and one of the protagonists of the anime series Full Metal Alchemist.

Alphons Elric
Thanked by zpierce, Vivalo, zpuskas and 6 others.

That struts and frets his hour upon the stage
And then is heard no more. It is a tale
Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury
Signifying nothing. — Macbeth

Cool Shin Mazinger Z

I have always wanted one of these toys, ever since my mom gave me a 24" Mazinga for Christmas when I was a kid. Being an adult has its privilege

Default Gundam F 91

While not technically a "toy", this bad boy when he is constructed will make for a very nice model for Those Wonderful Toys...

Gundam F 90 The Beginning...

Last time I built a Gundam model was in the early 90's, can't wait to see if I can remember how to do it

Default Completed Gundam Chest Section...

This chest so accurate it even has a little cockpit, with a wee tiny pilot, who is never getting painted since A. you can't see him, and B. see A. :P

Awesome work. I love the lighting in all the photographs, how many lights/flashes did you use for these?
Thanked by Zariell.

I usually use two lights on the subject, and one for the background.

Wonderful work! I can't wait to see the Gundam mecha model completed. I am a big fan of FMA, btw. ;)

Right now I'm trying to acquire an Edward to go with Alphons, so far no luck though, but the F 91 Gundam is taking a bit of time :) Really wish I could read Japanese, or they would sell an English instruction manual lol.
