After discussion with the other mods, I deleted the gun photos/discussion as off topic.

On a separate note, the thread was reported twice (once by PM, once by report button) for the gun photos. In many parts of the world, guns are not permitted, and celebrating personal firearms becomes an intrinsically political topic. Please do not start a gun thread. Thanks for understanding.

Addendum: I've received two PMs about this, and we mods have discussed them. We understand the arguments. We get that knives and guns are similar in many ways. Not all of the moderators feel the same way about this. Regardless, a gun thread will create too much work for moderators. If a knife thread proves to do the same, we will close it. I hope that it doesn't. Thank you for keeping the discussion via PM. If you want your comments to reach all moderators, then use the "Report Post" button.

Three Knifes I bought the years my Grandchildren were born. I've put them in my safe until the day I'm no longer here on this earth, then they will be given to each of them. They are all Case knifes. The out side two are Texas Tooth Picks, the middle one is a mini Copperlock.

My sons helped my wife with the cooking today -- on the left is my older boy in his "onion slicing" gear. These 2 with the X100.

I am definitely happy to see some kitchen knives in the mix here. I remember Landshark's collection from a kitchen knife forum years ago - excellent taste!
