Default Show "Precision"

This thread is for pictures of items, objects or concepts that bring to mind the concept of precision ...

I'll start with some obvious candidates (lens and watch) and look for others to jump in and add to this thread:

GF1 and 50mm Nikkor f1.2 with M2 extension ring
F4
ISO 400
1/10th second

From Precision

Default Got at the perfect location

The post for this thread arrived while I was installing a server at a tool manufacturing plant... good karma.

Did this pretty quickly while the X Serv loaded.

Thanks for looking, Alan

This is my favourite Genre Stephen, thanks for the tip.

This is the balance arrangement on one of my low temp hot air engines. I made this without any plans and had the concept taken from a set of balance scales. It works pretty good and allows the engine to run on relatively low temp. (eg, internet modem)

GF1. 20mm @ f5.6. iso 400

PS. Allan, you may know what I've used to make the flywheel.

LTD hot air engine

Maybe I should search out a "share industrial era" for my shots.

Yours is awesome!
Thanked by Stephen Geis.

Hi,

I didn't notice the ps. or the flywheel construction until my second look... clever. Very clever.
