It is if you live in northern Canada.

Need another month to pass before autumn really gets going in my part of the world.
Thanked by jloden.

Some more from today... I know, I know too many dog photos, but I've been having fun with the portrait practice and they're readily available subjects

These are both of our Dachshund, capturing one of his endearing qualities - he loves to stand at the storm door and watch intently when one of us is outside.

second photo would be a good candidate for a B+W conversion with a panoramic-esque crop.

One from today on the road. There was an absolutely unbelievable sunset tonight, but I couldn't find a spot to stop so I could photograph it. The sun was just a giant ball of orange boiling into the horizon... truly amazing.

It doesn't do it justice at all but I was able to grab this one after the sun had set, showing some of the colors.

Finally got my wife to pose for some portraits (ok, it was more like sit/stand still for 30 seconds) and try out the 75mm in it's intended application
