hows the performance of OM 50mm f1.4? i just got the adapter for e-p1.

I use it with the E-P1. It works great, lovely Zuiko colours. It is a bit soft wide open (still usable), but sharpens nicely around f2. I really like this lens on the E-P1.

It is a lens with a lot of flare. That's not a complement.
It is a bit soft wide open but it is a good portrait lens.

I have no problem with flare (although I mostly use it in low light), I got the multi coated version, I have read that the single coated flares alot..

Zuiko 50mm f/1.4
I love this lens. Visibly brighter than the 1.8, much lighter than the 1.2.
This pic was taken with an E-P2, inside of a fairly dark restaurant in LA.

The subject of this one is the wonderful young singer-songwriter Arrica Rose.
