Default Konica 57mm f/1.4 Hexanon AR Image Thread

I embarrassingly put two photos in the wrong Konica thread and decided to get it right with my own thread.

These two photos (IMHO) demonstrate the outstanding results from combining the new E-PL1 with the old Konica 57mm f1.4.

The two portraits are already in other galleries on the site - the first is of me the second isn't:-

Nice images. I'm bidding on one of these lenses now. Just what I need another Hexanon lens.

EXIF: ISO 200 1/5sec f4

Recently acquired the Hexanon 40mm f1.8 and 57mm f1.4. Been having a great time with them so far. This one is taken with a friend's Hexanon 57mm/f1.4. It convinced me to get my own copy. =]

No idea what the technicals for this one are

Probably at f/4 or so, ISO200, my focusing at fault, not the lens

Probably at f/5.6 or something, ISO200

100% crop, slight adjust to WB and a bit of sharpening
100% Crop

At f/16, ISO200 and who cares about the flare?
Thanked by walt_tbay.

the crop isn't right, but then the original wasn't framed properly either ...

Here's a decaying power pole in broad daylight in unprocessed jpeg. Aperture is around 2.8-5.6 in the shots, ISO 100 and 200

Me too! I got the same two lenses. While I like the 40mm, it's the 57mm that really shines!
