Love all the shots guys! Amin, for your shots did you have to do any PP distortion corrections or was it all done in camera? The indoor shots look fantastic!
I am lusting after this lens, this March perhaps...

Thanks Blair! The camera and/or software (I used Lightroom) will correct almost all the barrel distortion, but I did some perspective correction on the indoor mall image with the man looking up at the ornaments near the ceiling.

Wow, OK you guys with your 17-14mm lens I am extremely jealous! I have a strong desire for a wide angle lens.

I am seriously thinking about buying this lense but the fact you cannot attach filters puts me off a bit. Has anyone been using this lense and hand holding filters infront, and if so what sort of results are you getting?
For example, in bg2b's photo with the rock in the forground surrounded by yellow leaves (good shot by the way) a grad filter across the top of the shot would bring the foreground to life without loosing the colours in that brighter section.
I like to do stuff in camera.. so looking for any feedback on how people overcome this without getting into a photoshop discussion (you can't always bring back blown out highlights)?
Cheers, Aidan

To all you Pany 7-14 users: for walk around shooting at f8/11 do you even need to focus much? And do you use mostly AF or MF?
Thanks to all for the image examples!

this topic is descending too low in the "native lenses" division, so let me add this "portrait" to bump it to the top, since this is one of the top lenses you can fit on your ”4/3 camera

I mostly use AF, but the DOF at f/8 is very deep, so MF would be no problem unless the subject is extremely close like Rafael's photo above.
