That's some seriously nice work. I think Panasonic hired you to show off their lens because those photos have almost nothing to do with the equipment!

I wish this would be true. But unfortunately I'm just an enthusiastic amateur photographer equipped with a GF1 (in january the GH2 will join), tons of Canon FD & FL glas, a Zeiss/Contax 50mm f/1.4, the 'bokeh monster'-Pentacon 135mm f/2.8, both Pana pancakes and the Pana/Leica 45mm f/2.8 macro. Just learning and training to get better everyday. So I really appreciate your comments and critics.

Thank you

Here's one more from yesterday.

Thanked by Ben, Armanius, eno789 and 7 others.

I got mine a couple days ago and haven't had a chance to REALLY get out with it (I will hopefully have some good stuff this weekend).

Here are a few test examples from me though. They're not terribly exciting, I just wanted to make sure the lens worked properly :)

So far I really like this tiny little lens. I haven't evaluated it from a technical standpoint, but it gives me sharp images and a wider view than my 20mm pancake. I like it :D
Thanked by Ben, Armanius, eno789 and 4 others.

Mine arrived today. I thought it was broke.
It focuses without a sound. I mean virtually quiet!
It also focuses very, very fast even in low light.
Photos to follow...
Thanked by Armanius, Rich M and Minniesmum.

Oh dear. This thread is creating a need...

I have waiting to see some shots with this lens, and hoped they would be good. Obviously it's a capable lens, but alipapa, you have the eye and skill to really work it.
Thanked by Armanius.
