I would not call on my M4/3 to do any 'serious' action work, but I had an opportunity yesterday to test the Gf1 and 14-45. We visited Marineland at Niagara,. Normally I shoot RAW, and did so for the first few shots. Then, to clear the buffer faster I switched to JPEG.

Using Shutter priority I grabbed a few I find reasonably pleasing. Here's one:

At 45mm, 1/640, ISO100


And another, similar settings:
