Default Olympus 14-150mm f/4-5.6 Image Thread

Who has this lens with some images to share?

Edit: Don't miss the thread Brian Mosley started here: Olympus mZD 14-150mm f4-5.6 Experience Diary. I am starting this one to complement it in order to have consistency in the sample image archive, with a thread for each lens .

So far, I am impressed with the sharpness and color. Focus is quick and quiet as well. Pretty amazing for such a light bit of gear.

I caught some flare on that last one. I need to invest in a hood.

I'm surprised there's not more talk about this lens. Nowhere else will you find a kit as small as an EP1 w/28-300 equivalent FOV, this small and light. Sure, not the sharpest lens, but given what you get in one lens, it's fabulous. Here's a shot during our vacation in the rockies. No camera bag, just the EP1 and 14-150 slung over my back.

If I remember correctly, this is OOC jpg with a bit of "clarity" added via LR3. Since then I've gone to RAW (and could have worked the sharpness a bit), but for those who want jpgs, here's an example.

I've just got me a 14-150 this Saturday but had no opportunity to use it yet. Looking forward to making shots like that, it sure looks like sweet lens!

Nice job. Clear and detailed images.

Beautiful shot, and I'm surprised not to hear about this more about lens as well. It's a winner, and now that I'm using a Pen, it is on my want list.

Here are a few shots from having tried the lens briefly last year:

Default Squirrel overload

All wide open at 150mm
(made a mistake, the first pic was taken with adapted Sony 85mm f2.8 lens, removed)
