Union Pacific steam locomotive near the Iowa State Fair yesterday...

I missed the composition/alignment on this one a bit... tried correcting distortion in LR and just made it worse, so back to the original.
1:1 crop, of course

Kyle - great PP and composition, especially on that first one. Like the overall feel a lot

Quadra Island, BC, Canada
Visiting Vancouver Island for two weeks. Went on a ferry to Quadra Island (first nations, native indian). Small impression using oly 12mm f/2 lens.
First shot with 3 stop ND-filter. Like the amount of trees washed upon shore. Used it to frame the sailing boat. Second shot is a first nation gathering place (place to meet and tell stories) shot into the sunlight using 5 frames bracketing for HDR. Last image is almost silky cartoonish thanks to the 9-stop ND filter to get a long exposure of a few seconds in daylight making the ocean and sky fade. I use one 52mm set of filters with adapter step down or step up rings to fit all lenses.
