A copy and paste from my post in POTN..

To be honest, I am unsure whether I like this camera or not..
1. I like that it uses an APS-C sensor, but if it uses the same one that is in the current rebels, it is old. Indeed, the most recent sensor in the em-5 is better than the ones in the rebels/7d/60d.
2. I like how useful the touchscreen is (and frankly its lack of physical controls don't bother me at all, coming from an a-pm1 user here), but I'd give that up for an articulating amoled screen.
3. I like that it has a hybrid focusing system ala 650D, but if reviews are to be believed, it's not really something to write home about.
4. I looooove that 22mm f2.0, but at $799 bundled with the camera, it has nothing on, say, an olympus e-pm1 + panasonic 20mm f1.7.
5. I understand that the "magnesium body construction" is all the jazz right now, but I'd take it in "all plastic construction" for a $200 price reduction.
Overall, if I was still a canon user (recent m43 convert), I'd probably buy one. I just wish it was cheaper, has a newer sensor and a more reliable hybrid focusing.
