I have just sent their office in Germany an email. My trial has run out :( Really recommend this software. Getting the Complete Collection. Really impressed with the results and the ease of use. Thumbs up from me.

I contacted them by phone and email last Friday. Still no word back... Sent them another email just there.

I hope the discount is still available
