I use Skydrive a little. The 50Mb attachment limit is good or bad depending on what you want to put there. You can use it to embed images but it's not really set up for that. There are several third party programs available to let you mount it like a hard drive too.
I used Adrive a little too. It's kind of unreliable though because many times you will be uploading and it will say upload failed and it's always around the 95% area, very frustrating.
Gmail can be used much in the way Skydrive works but it has a 20Mb attachment limit. Pretty easy to use it to embed images though. Gmail drive lets you mount your storage just like a hard drive. If you upload more than 100 images though at a time, it will kick out an error and lock you our for a few hours.
