As I don't want this, I'd like to be able to block it.

You're fast, I just added that! You can minimize it by clicking on the down arrows in the bottom right. As for blocking it entirely, I don't know if there's a way to do that.

I don't know that we'll keep it. Just looking for ways to improve the site and came across this tool. I'm glad you started a thread about it so you and others can discuss whether you like it or not (clearly you don't) and why.

well exactly ... anything that appears unasked-for on my computer is like a trojan (or just malware generally) to me!
