Buy an Invicta watch off ShopNBC (google it) and get a free case. And they give em away with very reasonably priced watches. They're not bad cases. If you lived near me I'd give you one.

I have a bit of a watch habit.

I'm referring to the case they give away called an 8 watch case. It's like 14" x 12" x 7". Has heavy duty latches and a rubber O ring seal.

Best Pelican for a small traveler IMO is the 1510. Wheels, handle, divider set, and most importantly, the largest size that is allowed for airplane carry on. At under $200USD its cheaper than most SOFT bodied rollers from Tamrac and such. I carry a bicycle cable and lock with it so I can secure it a little better in the hotel room.

I would go with Pelican 1504 with m4/3 gear... for utmost down-and-dirty ruggedness (which I seldom actually need).

So I decided to go with a Pelican 1505 padded divider set (same set that comes in a 1504). I like the versatility of being able to customize the dividers whenever desired.

which will fit in a Sterilite plastic latch box while at home/RV.

And when I want to travel with most of the gear, the padded divider set drops into a Halliburton aluminum case. (I add the convoluted foam lid liner to cushion the top of the gear before closing the case.)

However, a great, low-cost way to do this, of course, is to go with a Pelican, like the 1504, which is in the $135 range, or so, from B&H.

The padded divider set is easily removed from the Pelican and placed into a Sterilite Latch Box for in-home storage of the gear, a Halliburton for lightweight light-duty travel, or the Pelican 1500 case for "throw-it-around" ruggedness.

I just picked up an HPRC 2200. It will hold my EM5 with a large mounted lens, plus 1 additional lens and a few other small items. Here are some shots. The EM5 has a leather body wrap on it, the mounted lens is a CV 17.5 with hood and 1 filter (the fattest, longest lens I have), the side lens is a CV 25. The other two items are a spare battery and the kit flash.
