Opinions on the new GamiLight Square 43 softbox?

This sounds like a great, lightweight, and portable softbox to use for off-camera speedlights.

I just ordered it for $49 at Midwest Photo Exchange: http://www.mpex.com/browse.cfm/4,18128,1,0,0.html

Anyone have any experience on it? I'm liking the snap mount on it
