Thanks drone207A, and welcome to the forum... nice looking designs there but I don't think they will ship internationally, will they?
My favourite is still the Pixlamb case I think... I like the removable protective top cover.
Cheers

I decided that the "Lumix" strap that came with my brand new (and now sadly indisposed) G1 was just too naff. I rushed to a little store where I'd previously seen "Praktica" straps. They'd all gone, but I bought a like-new "Nikon F5" strap for peanuts. I'd never dream of attaching it to a Nikon, but it's rather cool on the G1. Totally synthetic, too, so it's that bit less likely to get mildewy.
The same store sometimes has "Plaubel Makina" and "Linhof" straps. Either would be neat with a Pen, I think.

What surprised me is that the bag is cheaper than the small case and strap ;)

And I'm wondering if maybe one of our Admins could move this thread to the new Accessories forum?
And Chow Monkey, welcome to the discussion best board, by the way!
P.S. Thanks for moving the thread!

Somewhere back in this thread Brian posted about one with some info. confirming that it did...which I have ordered but have not received yet - and yes, that's the configuration I was after too. I'll look for his post now. Stay tuned.

Referring to this case: http://stores.ebay.com/PIXLAMB__W0QQ...&submit=Search
Now let's hope that the folks on dpreview were right! I need a "sweating" emoticon.

Half case for E-P1 or E-P2
Here is one that is very well made form Japan.
http://aki-asahi.com/store/html/E-P2...therCase_e.php
There are also some very nice Luigi straps that I believe are from a small business guy in Italy. They look very well made and appear to be of high quality leather in many colors.

Ya know the Tan ones has a great color but all of them have that strap thing on top. What's that about? People have thumb/grip issues as it is....
I don't get it...well, I won't get it but I'd love to hear about how it is...

I'm not really excited about the japanese stuff. But that's personal. It's the huge stitches that bother me..

Just a note here to let you know that the case I ordered as referenced above a few posts does not fit the E-P2 with the panny 20mm lens. I posted about it on the eBay thread and thought I'd better mention it here to save someone else the trouble. So back it goes - hopefully!

Neither, the one sold by pixlamb (coming from the UK) that Brian posted about with a link to someone's comment on dpreview... Here it is on eBay http://shop.ebay.com/i.html?_kw=EP2&_kw=17mm&_kw=case I have no idea why some are now selling for less than others. I described it over on the eBay thread.
So far to my taste anyhow the nicest looking that exist are the Hirano ones - w/o that stitching - but they're expensive...however Bullfrog posted they're top o' the line. Luigi's will probably be very nice when he gets around to it.
