Received this advice from Amazon today. Later than I'd hoped.

We now have delivery date(s) for the order you placed on September 23 2010:

Estimated arrival date: November 30 2010 - January 04 2011

Odd, my order from 10/5 has a specific delivery date of December 22nd. I guess they just don't know how many they'll have before than so you'll get one of the several shipments starting Nov 30th.

My GH2, ordered on 9/24 (14-140 kit) will arrive Nov 24th which is great news.

it may be a broad delivery date due to christmas period rush?
either way, when you get it, it will be a great lens to use i'm sure! :)
