Default Share - Beautiful People:

Hi, the idea behind Beautiful People to me is to 'try' my best to capture the BEAUTY that is within us.
Look hard enough and we will find it - it is all there. Be it the beauty of kids being young and care free, the beauty of a loving friendships, the beauty of the love between parents and their kids & grand kids and the beauty of aging gracefully and staying healthy -- just let your imagination flow and go where your heart takes you.
This is dedicated to all you Beautiful People out there!

Thank you ALL for your visits and your postings.
Let's SHARE and have FUN!
Thank you.

Taken at Darling Harbor, Sydney, when we were on holiday and having tea. I saw this pretty lady standing up and taking pics of people around. She is reviewing the pics that she just took.
Purple happened to be one of my favorite colors.

This other was taken in Cambodia at Siam Reap. She and her boyfriend just got of their bike and were freshening up before entering the shopping center. I signal to her and asked if I could take a pic and she agreed with this smile.

This shot of the street performer was taken in Singapore. He is a very charming person and enjoys what he is doing best - playing music and entertaining people.

I might have to get me one of those 14-150 or 14-140 lenses. I am forever wandering beaches and places with my 9-18mm and while it is great for vistas, sucks for people (unless you want them really small).

Great shots guys.
Thanked by BBW, Armanius and ricseet.

Hi Iconindustry, thank you so much for joining in the fun. I saw this pic of yours earlier and I love it very much. Such a happy pic and the colors are gorgeous. I too love taking pics of kids. They are so innocence and expressive.
Thank you and we had a great time in Sydney. We went to Port Macquire to meet our Australian friend who was back home visiting her mum for the new year. Had a barbecue on the beach there and I would like to return again and spend more time to take pics.

Here are 2 more of them to get this thread rolling

Hi Peter, thank you so much for dropping by. Yes the 9-18 is a challenge for taking such pics. Either one of those lens should do the trick for you.

cheers

Great people shots - that is a nice bit of kit (GH1/14-140) and the colours and detail are very good.

Hi Bill, thanks so much for viewing and appreciate your encouraging feedback. BTW, the first shot was taken with the L10/PL14-150 nd the next two was taken with th GH1/PL14-150. I bought the GH1 Body ONLY and did not buy the 14-140mm becos I am not into video. Still learning about Stills!

cheers
