I was out doing some biking/hiking around Ohiopyle, PA and saw some kayakers that were going over the main falls (~20ft high). These were all taken with the E-M5 and 45-200mm around 1/1250 sec. It was quite easy to nail focus and get the shots I wanted with the 9fps. Hope you enjoy.
You're doing it all wrong; 1/1250 is way too fast for waterfalls. Don't you know that you need to use a 3-stop ND filter and 2 second shutter speeds to shoot water?
