Cheers all for dropping a line. ( I feel honoured Adubo -Thanks mate)

I really enjoyed it and I'm looking forward to another catch up down the track.

Thanks Nic for your shots, I'm digging that clarity/structure you got going. Gives a feel of it's own.

I'll probably have to get my hair cut before I go for an interview with D&G...and add on a little height

Having the opportunity to use Brady's 7-14mm reinforced to me that this is not my focal length on the street, but I gave it a go all the same. I found that I kept trying to zoom it in further than it allowed; probably not surprising when the 25mm is usually my lens of choice. All the same, the 7-14mm is an impressive piece of kit.

Yeah I can see the P7-14 as being an extremely difficult lens to use for street photography, street in the traditional sense as in capturing people up close and personal in movement and in interaction with each other..but 'street' as in urban landscapes and human interaction with the built environment around them, then I think it could be fantastic. I don't recall who posted it but there was a recent series of images taken in Barcelona I believe that demonstrated this perfectly.

Sounds like you guys had a good day and took some nice images....I just wish there was someone here in Melbourne willing to do the same and perhaps lend me their CV Nokton 17.5 for a day ;)
Thanked by Luke and Luckypenguin.

Makes me wish I lived in Brisvegas! Great Photos and it seems good times were to be had. It would be great to catch up with other users over here in Perth.
Thanked by Iconindustries.

The best part of meeting up with Nic was a few tips I picked up. Because we had similar gear it was useful practical stuff. So getting together with other m43 users is a great idea.

Default The "Beemer" really!

Hey Icon,
did the "Beemer" really get you all the way from Cecil Plains to Brisbane?
Cool, Man!!!!!!!!
Great to hear that and also your meeting with "Lucky". What a great episode from a simple camera forum. I'm proud of you both. Just great Aussies. Take note all you m43 buffs from the rest of the world. Australia - a great place down under!
Cheers
