Default Arts Freedom Australia Rally - 29 Aug 2010

My pics from the Arts Freedom Australia Rally - 29 August 2010

This rally was organised by landscape photographer, Ken Duncan. Ken Duncan's website is here... Ken Duncan

The protest rally was over photographic rights and the increasing need for permits and fees for photography. While mainly affecting commercial photography, these restrictions are also impacting on recreational photographers. More information here... Arts Freedom Australia

All of these shots were taken with my Olmpus Pen E-P1 and circa 1953 Schneider 40mm f/1.9 lens. The lens of course predates any restrictions on commerical photography.

Thanks for these series. To me it's clear, there is a right to speak freely , not to photograph freely all the time , right? Am I moving into polical affairs? Sorry, I did not mean.
