Jumped back into the trokita and drove down a desolate road, and almost got stuck in several places in this rough and rugged country, in search of Indian ruins...

which we found here.

all shot with the 14mm.

we crawled into the ancient Kiva,,

my hubby did this shot of me from inside the Kiva with the PL25mm

This wound up being a 12hr day, with hundreds of shots, this is what we do as a family...... shutter therapy...

I mainly post car images, but in reality that is a small sample of what we do.

I am now convinced the Leica 25mm lens is superior to the p20mm, and the e-pl1's have gorgeous output, and color. this was a fun, long, and tiring day with many odd twists and turns not mentioned here, I will be sore tomorrow..

Cool photos! I love NM and hope to visit again! When we were there two years ago we drove all over southern NM to photograph ghost towns

Lucille - I am always fascinated by the very interesting scenes you photograph. Thanks for sharing photos of these interesting ruins. The lens is very, very sharp!

Nice series! I do see the ape face you saw. The truck pictures put a great perspective on the Ford/Chevy wars: from kicking up dust to lying in rust, the fate of all cars (at least those are were made of metal).

Really nice stuff. You've almost motivated me to get off my duff and drive out of the city, which I did a lot when I first moved here. NM really is enchanting outside the urban enclosures.

This one is a beauty - very well composed, great detail in the truck and clouds.
