Default McCalls Pumpkin Patch, Moriarty New Mexico - Image heavy

Shot many Images today, and will upload as I post process them, but here are a few for starters.

Shot with the E-pl1 and the 14mm Panny prime, my GOTO dayshot lens, it is sharp, captures awesome color and a essential lens for me.

Old wagon, pumpkins, the season is upon us..

McCall's Country Store, captured with the wideangle 14mm..

some of the goodies inside, I bought the one in the front..

Tasty...

I love doing shots of the unique New Mexico stores and shops..

More images to come, if you like them so far, keep checking this thread as it grows, another day in the life of LittleMT captured through a lens... I love it.

I love the crisp landscape detail the E-PL1 produces even with the kit lens. The shot below, for example, is a straight of out the camera jpeg taken with the 14-42 kit lens

We went on a hayride, pulled by a tractor, out to the pumpkin patch,
to find/pick our own pumpkins...

the patch was huge...

There was wierd shaped pumpkins, white ones, green ones,
this was my haul, these are now on display on my porch.

At the harvest store..

"up to your 'ears' in corn"

There were 3 cornfield mazes, each of varying diffulculty, it was a blast trying to find your way through, one of them took over 1 hr.

the New Mexico skys, as always, was rather lovely, and the weather was perfect...

finding these little signs let you know you are heading in the right direction, eventually looking for a red flag.

Thanked by riveredger, Bhupinder2002 and Roger.

Great series... love the colors! Gotta love that little 14mm, huh?!

By the way, that desert corn looks way more green than our local corn. I suspect irrigation!
