I promise that the cat related thread will receive the first GF1 photo I post whether the naked kitty is okay with it or not ... right now I am still waiting in agony for the new baby to arrive as due to an addressing issue DHL had misplaced the package. After many follow-up & chase it down calls they assure me today is the day so I am sooo watching the clock this afternoon... hopefully later today all anyone will be able to see when they look at me is this
Thanked by BBW.

I'm impressed. A lot of people come up to me and ask what kind of dog he is, and you were able to tell without being able to see the ears.

This Darwin. He is a 2 year old Eurasier. The first two pics were taken with my E-PL1 and the last pic was taken with the new G2. I'm very new to photography so I'm still working out some kinks but its getting better.

Thanked by BBW, relic and nursenicole.

He is a real cutie. I just read a bit about this breed here Eurasier - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia They sound like fantastic dogs and even though they're not related to Shetland Sheepdogs (my dog's breed) I do recognize some similarities. It's easy to see you have a good friend there in Darwin.

(I'll be interested to hear what you think about both cameras once you feel you're more familiar with each and hope you'll post your experiences in the two different camera forums.)

This shot reminds me a bit of my father-in-law's Bench Springer Spaniels. What breed is this beauty? They are good snugglers....that much I know.
