Thanks and I appreciate the suggestion but I have tried my friends NEX 3 a few times and find that I don't care for it. They are cool little cameras with big performance but the currently don't have much in the way of lenses that would be equivalent to my m43 lenses (P14., P20 and O45) and I don't want to support another "system". I don't plan to sell my G2 or my m43 lenses.

If you don't like this NEX 3 then Nex C3 is currently selling at a very good price. Pairing this body with the new Sigma 30mm f2.8 you get an awesome combo. C3 can easily take clean images up to ISO 1600 and you may even get 3200 in some cases.

With NEX body you don't get from Fuji or Pany or Oly, are:

1. Panoramic feature, in camera processing
2. HDR in camera processing.

these 2 features are fun and still give you very good images.

I like my Nex 3, may upgrade to NEX 5N.

I wouldn't even flip an E-P3 by itself straight up for an X10, as you maybe break even on the cash side but lose the warranty and ability to return the X10. Plus, Fuji is now offering sensor upgrades to fix the white disk issue. Not sure if that applies to non-primary owners.
I agree...If I get rid of the E-P3 I'm going to just sell it and the VF2 outright and buy an X10 new.
