Default Should have been Delphititan

I don't remember why I didn't use my favorite Internet name (Delphititan) in many other forums. I liked Patrick Swayze as an actor and he played the role of "Dalton" in Roadhouse. I liked the name and acted on the spur of the moment. If I could change it here to Delphititan, I would. The reason I made up Delphititan was because I used to develop applications in a program called Delphi. I thought I was fairly good at it and many years ago I started using Delphititan which is what I am on Amazon.com and Ebay among many other sites.

My real name is Dan Ferrall
Portland, Oregon USA
Thanked by Adubo.

Not a reference to anything, Mr Moo is someone else's screen name I saw on the intertubes 6 or 7 years ago and I thought it was pretty cool. Figured I'd go ahead and use it here....

I've been IcemanYVR forever...

... I guess it's from Top Gun, he was my favourite character, combined with the airport code of where I live.

MY username is essentially my nickname as a child (Jorel) with X's on the sides. I've used xxjorelxx since AOL and have been using it ever since. Only time is deviates from that is when the username is taken at which point I just add more X's

My first name is John. Back in the mid-90's I camped at a small fishing village in Mexico quite a bit( surfing and fishing). There was a palapa cantina situated in front of the best break where the gringos hung out. At the time there were several "juan"s who frequented there besides myself. We often ran tabs, and the waiter would tell the owner/bartender to put it on "juan's" tab. The owner would question "which juan" (no pun) and for me he would say" el grande"( 6'5" 230lbs). Shortly this became Juan Grande. I ended up living there for 8 yrs. and was known around town exclusively by this moniker.
Thanked by Adubo.

I got out of motorcyling for 10years, and the last bike I owned was a black BMW r90/6. When I returned to motorcycling I bought a black V Strom, hence "backnblack".
