Default My first fruits from my foray into micro 4/3s. G3 / 45-200mm

I won't say these are targeted or planned shots, but rather the result of a photowalk along the beach at Captiva Island, FL. Sadly, my keeper ratio is still extremely low, as I get used to the new gear. I've a lot more testing to do, but I have to admit, this format is rapidly winning me over.

Great pics, I especially like photo #2!

The 45-200mm is a wonderful lens for getting close to your subjects - the 2x crop factor really comes in handy here. I've only had it for a couple of weeks, but here's some shots I've done with it so far:

Great images here, several 45-200s will sell after posts like this - definitely a great lens to carry around with IS inside and great reach.
