You should.

I'm not using mine much, but this is only telephoto in my kit...

Yes, you should; it's totally worth it, if you can see yourself using the focal length. Even if you can't, you might find yourself getting used to the new FL(assuming you don't already shoot at a nearby FL) =P

Thank you! For me it's different; it's by far my most used lens, and interestingly not only for portraits. I use it for a lot of architectural detail shots and landscapes too. It just works for me, I guess =P. I do love my 20mm still, but so far I don't use it as much as my 45.

Mine will see more action when doing travel and street photography, this and the 20mm pairs up nicely, especially when i use 2 bodies.

Imo this is the most powerful two lens kit for most people! I do wish I had something wider sometimes, as I like architectural shots and live in the city, but for the most part I'm quite happy.

the 20mm needs a wide companion IMO... the 14mm pancake comes to mind. or for UWA goodness, the 7-14 of course.

Thanks!

I shoot RAW, which doesn't save filters, so the B&W was applied in post. However, I did compose the shot in black and white which can make a big difference.
