Default What is your shutter count?

Okay so..I purchased an e-pm1 as a backup to my em-5 and really, to try some timelapse photography. I fully expect this to increase my shutter count tenfolds, and I'm totally fine with that. After all I got it so cheap and don't really intend on selling it.

So just out of curiosity, just for fun, what is your shutter count? :)

I'm at 6053 on the e-pm1 since November. 60/40 split between the legacy and native lenses.

Last I checked I was at 7500 or so on my E-P1. Probably less than half that on my G1. Guess I won't be wearing out the shutter any time soon..

I just cycled through several bodies recently so I'm pretty new on all counts...

E-P1 about 800
GH2 about 600
GF2 about 150

...of course that's not gonna last very long

How long have you had those? I got my em-5 2 months ago and after maybe 7 days of continuous shooting I'm already at over 2k actuations!

E-P1 arrives in a few days, the GF2 about 2 weeks and the GH2 about a month. I average about 5K images over a three month period in the Summer (double that if I manage to get some traveling for pleasure in), but we've had and absolutely horrid Spring here in the NW so I haven't been shooting much the past few months (I have been horse trading...hence the new bodies).

That said 2K images in 7 days is pretty darned impressive. I shot 3800 on a three week trip to Spain and I thought I was going a little crazy with that. You're doing around 300 a day.

In under two years my E-P1 has passed 13,500 on the shutter counter.
