2 from today with the 12-50:

I feel ambivalent about this lens. I went into the city originally planning to take the 12 and 45 and try a little street shooting but the forecast was rain so I decided to take the 12-50 instead because it was weather sealed and covered the same range. Didn't get any good shots on the street but got these using the macro setting on my way home.

I don't know what it is but this lens doesn't seem to inspire me in "normal" use but I do like playing with it for macro shots and that's what I expect I'll end up using it for except when I want a wet weather lens.
Thanked by Luckypenguin.

Yes, I am using the app. Forgive my ignorance... what is the BB code?

Thanks silversx80! Yes I shot that in raw and converted to jpg in lightroom. I think I just cropped it, no other changes but I think I should have reduced saturation because the sky is too blue.

I'd be too scared to take even a stolen snap of a biker here in Sydney. Dunno, blame media lol His bike is a beauty though!

This lens works best with bright light, that's for sure. I'd imagine street shooting on a cloudy day would not play to its strengths.

These shots are nice though.
