As far as ALL the UMPTEEN threads that cropped up in various forums about the shock horror indicate : that's the gist of what Olympus said themselves.
...and then they brought out the E-5.

Can't trust a word ...

Yes but they have no plans to upgrade the E-620 - possibly their best prosumer camera yet.
