Default Help, lost the set-up post

Two days ago I found a long post about setting up the E0M5 once it arrived from the seller. (I'm pretty sure I found it here on Mu43 - but I could be mistaken.) It talked about the original settings being for sales and that a better set-up was recommended (then it went on to detail that set-up).

Now I can't find it, nor can I find what I printed to save! Does anyone know what I am talking about and can you point me to it?

Thanks,

Slothead, that may have been the post that I placed on here, it was a rather long post.
How to Set-Up an OM-D There was also a video that I posted on here dealing with setting up your OMD.
