spent the week end making a couple variation versions

1. basic model with grip
2. basic model with grip with added right angle bracket; adde lightening holes and a pin-in-a-slot for a strap
3. right angle only model, also with the strap pin

some of these mods will carry forward to the basic with grip version

all the aluminum is 6061-T6, CNC machined and black anodized, type 2 (sulfuric acid, temp at 65-70 degrees) I do all the work in-house.

pics soon

Sweet! I can't wait to see the L-bracket version. Is the right-angle portion removable?

Yeah, would have been nice. And I'm curious what this right angle adapter is? I mean, I can live without it. Or by a camdapter. I'd be facepalming more if he started offering a smaller grip in the way I described =)

Well as an engineer and experienced cad designer, I immediately started thinking of ways to add the strap lug or slot to the grip when I seen the photos, and I can think of an easy retrofit for people that already have the first run of the grip but want to add the ability to use a strap such as the Olympus AS-GS3 or GS4. However I don't want to speak out of turn, I'll wait to see what the manufacturer comes up with. Maybe it s a part that can be added to the MkI.
