Default Do they make a 35mm 2.8 at least for em5? I can not find one at all.

Is there a 35mm(50mm equivalent) fixed focal length lens with at least 2.8 for em5? I can not seem to find one online for the life of me and can't believe they would not make a standard lens. The Olympus Zuiko Digital Macro lens - 35 mm - F/3.5 - Four Thirds is the closest thing I can find to a 35mm 2.8 or lower. I think there is an 35mm 2.8 pancake lens but according to reviews there is virtually no bokah because its so short. Can someone please help?

You seem to have the crop factor wrong. Are you looking for a lens that is equivalent to a 50mm on a FF? Then what you seek is the Panasonic PL25mm f1.4

Or are you looking for a 35mm equivalent? Then that would be approximately the Olympus 17mm (34mm equivalent)

35mm is not 50mm equivalent on m4/3, it is 70mm.

So which are you looking for - a 50mm EFL (normal) or a 70mm EFL (short tele)?

For the former, there's the Panasonic 25/1.4 and the 20/1.7 which is a bit wider (40mm EFL), for the latter the closest is the Sigma 30/2.8 (60mm EFL).

There is a 20f1.7, 25f1.4, and 25f0.95 and since the crop factor is 2x compared to 35mm full frame the 25 is what you're looking for.

Oh okay. Thank you all. I was under the impression 35mm would be about 50mm like a cropped censor dslr by I guess 4/3 is different. Thanks again.

I don't think there is a Sigma 25, they make a 19mm and a 30mm so far.

Wait, is there a cheaper one? The Panasonic 25/1.4 is an $850 lens. Jeeze.
