Default Are there no adapted lense that can AF?

Every adapted lens that i have require manual focus because the adapters don't interface the electronics to the lens AF functions (or much else). Are there any adapted lenses that interface their AF functions?

The ONLY adapted lenses that offer an electronic connection (and thus the ability to autofocus) are the Four Thirds lenses. Only some of then are optimized for the Contrast Detect AF (CDAF) of the bodies

Think about what you're asking. Someone would have to make an adapter that translates m43 AF control signals from the camera into AF signals the lens understands, and translates information from the lens back into something the camera could understand. Not an easy task even if you had all the data from the camera and lens maker. And it's doubtful that either m43 or another camera manufacturer would provide that information, so you'd have to reverse engineer it all.

Not likely to happen.
