Default Minolta MC lens trio score

Was at the local thrift shop today and found a trio of third-party Minolta MC mount lenses:

28mm f/2.8 (Tou/Five Star brand)
35-70mm f/3.5 (Rokinon brand)
70-200mm f/4.5 (Tou/Five Star brand)

Not sure how nice these are but they all have caps and uv filters so the glass is excellent. Paid $25 for the lot.

Looks like Minolta MC/MD to M4/3 adapters are $10 or so on eBay, anything I need to be aware of?

Also the 28mm says Macro 1:5 and the 70-200mm says Macro as well.

Nice one -- you got a deal there !
For the adaptors, some people prefer rainbow over kipon.
I have a kipon and it seems fine.
Thanked by sprocket87.

Thanks!

Looks like Tou/Five Star is another moniker for Toyo, which was a big Japanese glass manufacturer in the 60s, of good repute too.

I found a couple samples threads for the 28mm in particular that were impressive. Apparently it's a little gem of a lens.

This should cover the gap between my P20 and O45 nicely!

Even if the zooms are nothing to write home about they'll cover my Tele needs for awhile.

Just ordered the MD/MC to M43 adapter from eBay. $10, free shipping from NJ so should be here soon. Woot!
