I want this lens SO badly but I'm sure it will be between $1000 and $1500 and after just having purchased my OM-D and 2 lenses, the budget doesn't exactly allow for it right now. Can't wait to see images from this beauty.

Hmmm. It seems much smaller than I thought it would be, especially in the front. This might not impress the chicks as much as a pro-level 70-200 equiv. should. ;-)

Does the 12-35mm? I'd say it's safe to base it off of that.

Looks like it does extend to me...going by what the 12-35 looks like at the end of the barrel.
