And it is rather flare resistant:

Hi atuor,
I'm sorry, I haven't been able to do so yet... hopefully this weekend.
Thank you for reminding me.
Kind Regards

Angle of view - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Sensor of the E-P1 has an active area of 17.3 x 13.0 mm. Thus the vertical angle of view is equal to
2.0 * arctan(13.0/18.0) = 71.7°

You guys are not helping.
I'm less than an inch from pulling the trigger on this lens. (duh!)

With all these new lenses being announced the poor old 9-18mm lens seems to be getting forgotten. Here are a couple of early morning shots...
Cathine Hill Bay at dawn on Sunday morning (19th September). Moody, rather than colourful and with high tide smack in the middle of first light and sunrise, I was unable to get to the South of the wharf and shoot North (but I tried and got very wet).
The headland you can see beyond the wharf is where 5 people got washed to their death earlier this year.

I recently got this lens since a few weeks ago, it's impressive for a lens this size, and the output images are more than satisfactory, it's no surprise that this lens got the EISA 2010 award
Here are two images that I shot the last few weeks:
