Helluva way to run a railroad

The 15mm lens arrived this morning - 2 days after B&H's "estimated" delivery date. Not their fault, I assume - the lens was shipped through the U.S. Postal Service and they are undoubtedly a bit busy due to the holidays. That must be the reason, because it's been sitting in Troy Michigan (10 miles from here) for five days.

No lens hood or case, of course . With luck I'll get out this afternoon and give it a test drive.

I find the focus peaking "hack" works well if you're planning to do some close-up focus.

I ended up getting my bodycap lens from adorama this week after placing a pre order back in oct, I guess the high demand is why it took so long

I wonder if it's possible to design a lens cap lens for other camera systems like DSLRs?

I had one pre-ordered from Henry's here in Canada, but paypal only puts a hold on funds for X number of days, so they cancelled the order and only had 11 in stock, now I'm probably SOL because Henry's seems to not know how to replace an order for an item they have (or had) sitting in their warehouse originally with my name on it

A while back I sold my E-PL1 and hav not sins then owned a m43 camera but due to my wife going away for a few months with our son I bought a GF3 for here... but wait a minute, I need to buy something fo my selfe as well so Yesterday I went to a camerastore and bought a used GX1 completing the body with a 15mm body lenscap.

I just ordered the body cap lens. I should have it tomorrow just in time for the weekend and the holidays.
